Addie got her tonsils out on the 28th. I was prepared for the long haul of whining and complaining about a sore throat. I thought she would spend the next three days stuck on the couch, hardly awake and barely eating anything. Not quite. This girl surprised us all by drinking three cups of juice and eating a popsicle before we even left the hospital! She munched on ice cream, J-ello, pudding, more popsicles and lots of juice for the next few days for both Grandmas. What a trooper (didn't even take a nap the day of the surgery - Tylenol with codeine may be to blame for that!). This is the only picture I got in the hospital.
